Phase 01
Burnout has roots. Overcommitment, misaligned values, toxic environments, perfectionism. We find yours, name them, and stop treating symptoms.
Phase 02
Sleep, energy, boundaries. We build sustainable routines from scratch, not aspirational ones that collapse in week two. Small systems that actually hold.
Phase 03
Burnout disconnects you from why you started. We rebuild your relationship with ambition so it fuels you instead of consuming you.
Phase 04
Recovery without maintenance is a cycle. You leave with long-term habit systems, boundary frameworks, and early warning signals you actually recognize.
